One of the homeowners highlighted the company’s exemplary dismantling and assembling services. 

He shared that the movers had no problems disassembling and reassembling his cabinets and bunk beds. He added that they did it quickly and without incurring any damage to the furniture.

That said, many clients said that Yong Shen’s prices are a little more expensive than other movers. Their respite, though, was that they didn’t have to endure substandard service quality.

That said, we think LS needs to work on its customer service side. Even satisfied clients had experienced delayed responses and booking mix-ups with the company.

While the service tried its best to make up for the delays and miscommunication, we think improving the company’s customer service system so it can prevent mishaps permanently is more sustainable.

Several homeowners who also own a furniture business mentioned CYC Movers as one of the most reliable delivery services for their operations.
